How we do this: Our Focus Programs.
In efforts to create Managed Colonies, volunteers trap feral adult cats, take them to a vet to be spayed or neutered & treated for internal and external parasites, vaccinated and any other vet attention needed. When they are healed, we return them to their home colony.

Barn Cat Rehoming
Sometimes, older kittens that are caught do not tame, and these cats need homes where they can be cared-for outdoor cats. In return for food, water and shelter, they are on rodent patrol!
Our adopt-a-pal program unifies healthy cats with happy owners. Each kitten’s spay or neuter is included in the adoption fee.
Donations for kittens with urgent medical needs can be directed to our Ruby Fund. All other donations go toward spaying, neutering and caring for our adoptable kittens until they are adopted.

Kitty Cat P.A.L. Society has been practicing Trap-Neuter-Return and rescuing kittens born outdoors in the Comox Valley, Canada BC.
Our mandate is in our name: Prevent A Litter.
We receive some financial support from the BCSPCA annually but continue to operate mainly on donations from the community.
We continue to be 100% volunteer. Our programs have grown to include Adopt-a-PAL, Foster Home Program, Semi-Social Barn Cat Re-homing, and The Ruby Fund.
