Kitty Cat PAL Society was formed in 2006 and was officially registered in 2007 to improve the well-being of cats in the Comox Valley Regional District.  Over the years the society has grown due to a great number of cats in need, and thanks to our growing number of volunteers!  Our main focus is outdoor cats - TNR (trap-neuter-return) and rescuing kittens born outdoors.  In 2014 alone we rescued over 600 cats.
